Changes, order cancellations and returns.
We try to supply orders to be received in 24-72 hours maximum. In case of making changes or cancellations of your order, it is possible that it has already been managed, so we are not responsible for the costs derived from change or annulment.
Returns or changes are not admitted without prior acceptance by our part. Only material without use will be accepted, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. It is essential to attach the ABRATOLS authorization sheet to the return shipment.
The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and by his agency. We will not take care of merchandise that reaches us in bad conditions for being badly packed at origin.
The articles that have been manufactured at the customer's request, with special measures or finishes, have restrictions on the Return Right.
All returns or changes that do not come from an ABRATOOLS error generate 10% handling expenses of the value of the merchandise.
