The top roller is inactive and fits to define the desired curve radius according to the thickness and type of material. The rollers are hardened by thermal treatment, which gives them high wear resistance and a long service life even in hard materials such as stainless steel or carbon steel. The shafts of the rollers are built in special tempered and rectified steel, ensuring a smooth twist, precise alignment and superior resistance to deformation. It has adjustable guide rollers that facilitate the control of the material during the bending process, allowing to perform cylinders and parts with high precision. The machine offers the possibility of working both horizontally and vertically, adapting to different production needs and parts dimensions.
